Having a clear purpose that resonates and empathizes with every stakeholder is critical for success. In our case, our purpose is well aligned with the needs of consumers, clients, shareholders and every single employee: "We are Colgate, a caring, innovative growth company that is reimagining a healthier future for people, their pets, and our planet."
