What makes your organization so successful?

Bitfwd Capital as an investment firm has close to a decade of hands-on technical and financial experience. The team’s persistence and early involvement in the nascent space of crypto brought us to a privileged position where we can navigate both the deeply technical aspects as well as more strategic and business-oriented matters. This gives us a unique edge when approaching trading strategies.

About Tamar

Tamar is Co-founder of Concierge Insurance Solutions, a national boutique property and casualty insurance brokerage that focuses on personal portfolios for the high-net-worth client. What makes your organization so successful?

Concierge has witnessed remarkable growth attributable to three core factors: firstly, the strategic emphasis on personal lines portfolios coupled with the robust internal team structure established from the outset; second, the strategic planning that goes into each client’s portfolio allows us to accomplish what many cannot; and thirdly, the steadfast commitment to delivering white-glove service. This triad of principles has been pivotal in propelling the company's success.

On a personal note: some words of encouragement to the community

The last six months have been exceptionally challenging, often leaving me in disbelief at the state of our world. The surge of violence and hate deeply saddens and disheartens me. However, amidst this turmoil, each of you, as today's leaders forging paths for future generations, has profoundly inspired me. Your actions have fueled my determination to persist, to advocate, to stand in solidarity. I've engaged more actively than ever before—signing petitions, participating in rallies and protests, and supporting numerous worthy causes—and I am resolved to continue. I firmly believe we must rise as leaders now, ensuring our children can proudly embrace their Jewish heritage, whether in Israel or globally. Amidst this undue darkness, there is light, and it's growing brighter by the day. I'm holding everyone in my thoughts, praying for our collective safety and strength.
